<br />The Court finds that all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at
<br />the death of the said Henry Tegtmeyer, under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, to the
<br />said Lena Heiser, Lillie Lackner, Ida Romberg, Louise Rehm, Robert Lackner and Ernest Rightmire

<br />Nick Lahann, Administrator of the
<br />estate of Louise Lahann,
<br />deceased, and it
<br />satisfactorily appear -

<br />Anna Schmidt, Margaretha Lueders, Nick Lahann, Paul W.Lahann, Mary Pollitz, Emma Kluever, her
<br />children, and Meta Roehling, Theodor Roehling, Ftida Roehling, and Minnie Roehling, her grand
<br />children, children of Louise Roehling, a deceased daughter, and that these are entitled to share
<br />
