<br />g persons interested of the filing of said f
<br />"report and of the time and place for final settlement of said estate and no one appearing to

<br />,;object to or protest against the allowance of said report, and it further appearing to the court,
<br />after a full examination thereof, that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be
<br />!
<br />allowed, it is, therefore,
<br />;ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Charles E.Rendlen, administrator, be and the same;

<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />The Court finds that notice was iven all creditors in the manner

<br />.allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said Henry Tegtmeyer, deceased!
<br />that the time limited for filing claims has fully ex,)ired; that all claims filed and allowed

<br />said Henry Tegtmeyer, deceased, and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever

<br />concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Henry Tegtmeyer, j
<br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />'The Court finds that the said Henry Tegtmeyer departed this life, intestate, on the 7 day of
<br />November, 1911, and that he was at the time of his death the owner of the following described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />The East half of the South -east Quarter of Section Twenty -four, in Township Twelve, North, in Rang!
<br />.Eleven, west;
<br />i
<br />Lot Number Eight in Lyon Post Cemetery, situated on the North half of the South -west Quarter of th
<br />'North -west Quarter of the North west Quarter of Section 29, in Township 11, in Range 9.
<br />;The Court finds that the said Henry Tegtmeyer left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />.!heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />'Lena Heiser, Lillie Lackner, Ida Romberg, Louise Rehm, Robert Lackner and Ernest Rightmire, cousin
<br />of the deceased; that he left no widow and no children and no child of a deceased child; that he
