<br />declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Gills by me made, that
<br />is to say:
<br />First -- I direct that all my just debts and expenses of any last sickness and funeral be paid

<br />out of my personal estate and if that be insufficient for the purpose I direct that my Executor
<br />iereinafter named shall sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for the purpose.

<br />estate consisting of Lot 10, Block 45 Russel Wheelers Addition to the City of grand Island,

<br />her sole use and benefit, granting to my said wife power to dispose of same during her lifetime

<br />as she may seem best and at her death said property or the remainder thereof shall go to my
<br />children hereinafter named and as hereinafter provided to wit:

<br />of my prorerty to the children of Cry deceased daughter Lena Mitt, namely, Anna Witt, "iargaretha

<br />Krehmke, namely, Edward Krehmike, Nettie Krehmke and Arthur Krehmke.
<br />In the event of the death of either of my children above named prior to my decease the share
<br />of my property Hereby bequeathed to such child shall go to the children of such deceased child.
