<br />Biddle was duly proved before me, J.H.Arh-Illin, Judge of the County Court, within and for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, according to law, as the last will and testament of the real and personal
<br />estate of said deceased, and the same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.

<br />Now on this 14th day of '14ay, 1910, this cause came on to be heard upon the report

<br />of David T.Biddle, Administrator of the estate of l ida Biddle, deceased, and it appearing to
<br />the satisfaction of the Court from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the
<br />estate of said deceased have been dul�r notified by publication, as required by law and the
<br />order of court dated ',,lay 42nd 1910, of the filing of said report and of the time and place
<br />appointed for the final settlement of said estate, and no one appearing to object, and there
<br />being no objections or protest on file, and it further appearing to the Court, of ter a full
<br />examination that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed,
<br />it is therefore,
<br />Ordered Adjudged and Decreed that the report of David T.Bid_`�le, administrator
<br />with the will annexed of the estate of 7 i-da Fiddle, deceased be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final report and he is discharged of his trust.
<br />The court f'imds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time allowed and
<br />place fixed for filing claims a - ,ainst the estate of said 'Aida Fiddle; that the time so allowed
<br />for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims of any nature were filed against said
<br />estate; that all claims not filed and outstanding against said estate, if any there be, are
<br />therefore forever barred.
<br />It is therefore Ordered Considered and Adjudged that all persons
<br />are forever barred and concluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the
<br />estate of Lida Biddle, deceased, and said estate is fully settled.
<br />The Court finds/that the said ,,.ida Biddle was at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to- 1r,it:
<br />The South Last Quarter of the South Vest Quarter (S.E.4 of S.W.,) of Section 33, in Township
<br />11, in Range 10.
<br />The Court finds that the said ,Lida Biddle left surviving her as her heirs at
<br />law and her only heirs at law, devisees and legatees, the following named persons:
<br />Roger H.Barnard her son, Sophia ,.Stillens and ?::ida June Biddle, her daughters, and David
<br />T.Biddle, her husband. ,
<br />The Court finds that the said ,a,ida Fiddle laet a last will and testamert
<br />which instrument was dully admitted to probate in this court on the nth day of August , 1909,
