<br />Know all glen by These Presents, that I viida Biddle of Lewiston,) fflin,
<br />county, Pennsylvania, Ming in good health and in sound mind, memory and understanding, do
<br />make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former willsby me at
<br />any time heretofore made.
<br />And first I direct that my body be decently interred near my former home at or near
<br />Grand Island Nebraska; and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my
<br />estate and situation in life.
<br />SE'OND,- I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid as
<br />soon as may be convenient after my decease.
<br />T.�111 D, - I I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, David Biddle, and all my children
<br />including after -born children, who shall be living at the time of my death, all my money and
<br />Personal property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, to be by said husband and child
<br />ren held share and share alike, provided that should any of my children die before me death ,
<br />leaving issue, then such issue or the survivors of same shall take the share or shares of its
<br />parent or parents. My intention here is that my husband, David Biddle, shall take as much of
<br />the personal property and money as any one of the children and no more; so that if there are
<br />three children, my said husband shall receive one - fourth of all of said money and personal
<br />property.
<br />FOTJRTH, - I give, bequeath and devise unto my son Roger H. Farnard and my daughter Sophia
<br />':.Stillens, nee Barnard ( children) to my first husband Alfred R.Farnard ) both of near Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, All those forty acres of land situate in Section 33, Township 11,,
<br />Range 10 in ;fall County, in the State of Nebraska, to be by them held in equal shares, or share
