<br />for said County, do hereby certify that on the 3rd day of slay A.D.1912, the instrument pur-
<br />porting to be the last will and testament of Lucus Henry, deceased, was filed for probate in
<br />this Court. That on the 29. ;lay of slay A.D.1912, said instrument to which this is attach -
<br />ed was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Lucus
<br />TH�enry, deceased and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid

<br />Lucy -s Henry, deceased. {
<br />Now on this 15th day of February, A.D.1913, this cause came on for fearing
<br />upon the final report of Amanda Henry, executrix of the last will and testament of the said
<br />Lucus ;L"enry, deceased, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />f' ixed for the examination and allowance of said report and the final settlement of the estate
<br />of said deceased in the rnanner required by law and as provided by the carder of the Court here-
<br />tofore entered herein and the Court having examineothe final report of said executrix hereto-
<br />. i
<br />fore filed herein finds that the same is correct and that said executrix has made a full, true
<br />and complete report of all her acts and doings as such executrix and that the accounts as
<br />exhibit"d by said executrix are correct in all things and that the same ought to be allowed
<br />and approved by the Court as and for the final report of said executrix.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the report of said Amanda
<br />Henry, as executrix of the last will and testament of the said Lucus Henry, deceased be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report as such executrix and the
<br />said Amanda Henry is hereby discharged as such executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the time
<br />and place fixed by the Court for the presenting of claims against said estate, that the time
<br />allowed for presenting and filing of claims has fully expired and that all ^laims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid including the costs of administration, and
<br />that all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed h�ith the Colirt, if any such there
<br />'oe, are fully barred and excluded.
<br />It is, therefore, considered by the Court that all persons
<br />are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the
<br />said Lucus 11enry, de- eased.
<br />The. Court further finds t`at the said Lucus T:enry died seized
<br />as the owner in fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the County of
<br />Hall and State of ebraska, towit: The South half of the 77ortheast quarter of Section Twenty-
<br />Five (25), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
