<br />Judge in and for said County, do hereby certify t"-.at on the 14th day of September A.D.1912,
<br />the instru, ?ent purporting to be the last will and testament of August C.`:9iller, deceased, was
<br />filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17 day of October A.D.,1912, said instrument
<br />to which this attached was duly proved, prorated and allowed as the last will and testament
<br />of the said August G.1 iller, deceased, and the sar:e was ordered to be recorded in the records
<br />of the court aforesaid.
<br />In 'fitness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the said County Court, this
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting W any claims or demands against said estate and that the estate of August

<br />21st day of June 1913, this cause carne on for hearing upon the final report

<br />of Carl P.Miller,
<br />Executor of the estate of August C.Mil -er, deceased, and it appearing that
<br />due notice has been
<br />given by publication as required by the order of court dated June 10, 1913,
<br />and there being no
<br />objection or protest on file, whereiTpon the court proceeds .to examine said
<br />report. After a
<br />f-,11 examination thereof it is. found by the court that said report is correct
<br />in all respects and
<br />ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said
<br />executor.
<br />It is
<br />therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of ^ari P.
<br />Miller, executor,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for Nis final account.
<br />The Court finds
<br />that due and legal notice was given all creditors of the said August G.

<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate
