<br />Nellie Virfle and John Fockmann, paying to each the sum of 40800. in satisfaction of all claims
<br />against the estate of Henry Roekmann.

<br />I, August G.Viller of the township of Cameron in the County of Half and state of Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and
<br />publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following, that is to say,
<br />FIRST. I direct that my funeral charges, the expense of adr.linistering my estate, and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient I authorize my executor
<br />hereafter named, to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />SECOND. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Anna 14iller the sum of Two Thousand ($2000)
<br />dollars, in lieu of dower, and of any distributive share in my estate to which she would otherwise
<br />be entitled.
<br />THIRD. I give and bequeath to my three boys, Ralph F. Floyd W. and Frank J.Miller the the
<br />west half of the north East Quarter of section twenty one (21) in township eleven (11) range
<br />twelve (12) west of the 6th principal meridian, share and share alike. In case anyone of my
<br />children should die in my life time leaving issue or descendants I direct t'rlat his share shall
<br />not lapse, but shall be paid to such descendants in equal proportions.
<br />FOURTH. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate, real and personal to my children
<br />and my wife, in equal shares.
