<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Henry Bockmann, deceased, ii

<br />The Court finds that the said Henry Bockmann departed this life on the 10th day of August
<br />I
<br />1912, leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on
<br />I
<br />the 14th day of October, 1912, and recorded in this office.
<br />The Court finds that the said Henry Bockmann was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Yebraska, to -wit:
<br />The West half of the South Nest Quarter, the South East Quarter of the North West Quarter
<br />i
<br />and the North East Quarter of the South Nest Quarter, of Section Thirteen (13), in Township j
<br />Ten (10), in Range Ten (10); and Lots Numbered Two (2), Three (3), Five (5), Six (6), Seven
<br />i
<br />(7) Eight (8) Nine (9) Ten (10) Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), and the South East Quarter of the
<br />South East Quarter of Section 24, in Township 10, in Range 10.

<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament Lot No.5 and the
<br />South East Quarter of the South East Quarter, all in Section 24, Township 10, Range 10, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the testator, to Sophie Dockmann,
<br />named in the Will Sophia Bockmann, in fee, and that under the terms of said will the said �
<br />i
<br />Sophie Bockr_�nn became the owner of a life estate in all of the remainder of the real estate �
<br />owned by the testator at the time of his death.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament the West half i
<br />of the S�fy of Section: I3, Township 10, Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the
<br />death of Henry Bockmann, to Gus Focl�mann, son of the testator, in fee, subject to the life
<br />estate devised to his mother, Sophie Bockmann. The Court finds under the provisions of said
<br />last will and testament the SF of the N7 � and the NE 1� of the SY) 4 of Section 13, in Township
<br />10, in Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Henry Bockmann
<br />to James Bockmann, his son, in fee, subject to the life estate devised to Sophie Bockmann.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of said last will and testament lots Two (2) and
<br />Three (3) in Section 24, in Township 10, in Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and
<br />descend at the death of Henry Bockmann to Arthur Bockmann, son of the testator, in fee subject
<br />to the life estate devised to Sophie Bockmann.
<br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament Lots
<br />Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Section 24, in Township 10, in Range 10, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Henry Bockmann to Theodore Bockmann, son of the
<br />testator, in fee, subject to the life estate devised to Sophie Bockmann.
<br />The Court finds that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament Lots
<br />numbered Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Section 24, in Tov�nship Ten (10),
<br />in Range Ten (10), in Hall County, Nebraska, aid pass and descend at the death of Henry
<br />Bockmann to George Bockmann, son of the testator, in fee, subject to the life estate devised
<br />to the said Sophie Bockmann.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that Lot 5, and the SE � of the SF
<br />all in Section 24, Township 10, Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of
<br />Henry Bockmann, under the provisions of his will, to Sophie Bockm;
<br />under the provi�7 ions of his last will and testament the remainder
<br />to Henry Bockmann, did descend at his death as follows:
<br />To Gus Beckmann the IV of the S � of Section 13, Township 10,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To James Bockmann the SE of the N'l+ and the NE 4 of the SU w of
<br />inn, his widow, in fee; that
