Mly wife shall further provide by will <br />for thu payment of five hundred dollars to each of my children, 14 innie, William, Charles, <br />Nellie and John and to their respective heirs. Should my wife die without making such provis- <br />ions by will then I direct that such payments be zr:ade out of the personal property I leave her, <br />provided1that so much personal property is yet in her hands as is worth the sum of eight thou- <br />sand dollars. <br />The aforesaid provisions shall not be construed as giving any person a right <br />of supervision of said personal property nor shall any one be authorized to demand or ask for <br />an accounting as to said personal property and its increase from my wife. <br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give to my wife Sophia and to her heirs <br />forever.
