LITHOGRAPH I,VG, STATIONERY; OMAHA <br />State of Nebraska <br />:ss <br />County of Hall ( I, J.H.Mullin, sole presiding Judge of the County Court of Hall County <br />Nebraska, do hereby certify that J.H.Mullin, whose genuine signature is affixed to the fore- <br />going certificate is, under the laws of the State of Nebraska, by virtue of his office as <br />Judge of said Court, also the Clerk of said Court, and was such Clerk at the time of making <br />and subscribing the same; that his attestation is in due form of law and by the proper officer <br />and that the seal thereto affixed is the seal of the said County, Court, and I further certify <br />that said Court is a court of record, having exclusive original jurisdiction in the settlement <br />of estates. <br />Witness my hand and official seal this 18 day of June 1913. <br />(SEAL) <br />Filed for record June 18, 1913 at 3.45 o'clock P. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />Judge of the County Court. <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />D= <br />In the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In the matter of the Estate of <br />Final Decree. <br />Susan Kane, deceased. <br />Now on this 26th day of April , 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon the report <br />of Theodore L.Kane, Administrator of the estate of Susan Kane, deceased, and it satisfactorily <br />appearing to the Court that notice has been given by publication as required by the order of <br />Court dated April 17, 1913, and no one appearing to objet and it further appearing to the Court <br />after a full examination thereof, that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be <br />allowed; that the administrator has accounted for all of the estate which came into his hands,, <br />and that there remains nothing In his possession for distribution; that notice was given to all' <br />creditors of the said Susan Kane, deceased, of the time limited and place appointed for filing <br />claims against her estate; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no <br />claims of any nature -.ere filed; that the costs of administration and funeral expenses have <br />been paid; that all claims outstanding against the said Susan Kane and not filed against her <br />estate, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore ORDERED that the report of Theodore L.Kane, Administrator of the estate of <br />Susan Kane, deceased, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final acc- <br />ount and he is discharged of his trust. <br />It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any <br />claims or demands against the estate of Susan riane, deceased, and that said estate is fully <br />settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Susan Kane departed this life, intestate, <br />on the 21st day of June, 1912, and that she left surviving her as her f airs at law, and her only <br />heirs at law, the following named persons:- <br />Theodore L.Kane, her husband, and Theodore Kane, Jr., her son. <br />The Court finds that the said Susan Kane was at the time of her death the owner of the <br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Thirty -six (36) in the original town, now City of Grand <br />Island, and it is found that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebr- <br />aska, said real estate did pass and descend to said T <br />in equal shares, suuject to the right of homestead of <br />It is therefore Considered and Adjudged by the <br />the original town, now City, of Grand Island, in Hall <br />at the death of Susan Kane, 114*e state, in the manner <br />heodore L.Kane and said Theodore Kane,Jr., <br />the said Theodore L.Kane in said property. <br />Court that Lots'7 and 8 in Block 36, in <br />County, Nebraska, did pass and descend <br />following: <br />One -half part thereof to Theodore L.Kane her husband; <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />I <br />
