<br />The Court finds that the said James M.Dunkel, was at the time
<br />of his death the owner of an undivided one -half interest in the following described real
<br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The East half of the North East Quarter of Section 12, inTowrnsMip 11, in Range 10, and
<br />that under and by virtue of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the interest
<br />of the said James M.Dunkel, deceased in and to said real estate, did pass and descend at
<br />his death as follows:
<br />One third part thereof to Matilda ?V.Dunkel, his widow, the remaining
<br />two- thirds part thereof to James Monroe Dunkel, Anna Matilda Dunkel, Sadie Wauneta Dunkel
<br />and Ruth Elizabeth Dunkel, his children, share and share alike.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the interest of James M.Dunkel in East half
<br />of the N.E.4 of Section 12, in Township 11, in Range 10, in Mall County, Nebraska, did pass
<br />and descend at his death to his heirs as follows:
<br />To 114atilda V . Dunkel , 1/3 part thereof;
<br />To James Monroe Dunkel, Anna ��atilda Dunkel, Sadie Wauneta Dunkel and Ruth Elizabeth
<br />Dunkel, ,he remaining 2/3 part thereof in equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of
<br />the widow therein.
<br />The Court finds that the said James M.Dunkel was at the time of his
<br />death the owner of a contract of purchase of a one -third interest in the following described
<br />real estate situate on the County of Sedgwiek and State of Colorado, to -wit:
<br />The South half of the South Test Quarter, or Lot 5, and the South East Quarter of the
<br />South West Quarter of Section 3, in Township 11 north, of Range 45 Vest of the Sixth P.14.
