I, Henry Sievers of Grand Island, Nebraska, --onsidering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First, I direct that my funeral charges expenses of my last sickness,debts and legacies hereafter _mentioned be paid out of the proceeds of my personal property if that be insufficient I direct that my executors'hereafter named sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for that purpose. 1 Second I give and bequeath to my beloved son, Gustav Sievers the sum of $100.00 in addition i to his equal share with my other children as hereafter mentioned. Third , I give and bequeath and devise to my sons Gustav and Henry Sievers my cometery lot I in Grand Island Cemetery, Grand Island, Nebraska. Fourth I desire that my beloved daughter Carrie Paustian of Den7,er shall personally receive _ i and receipt for her share of my estate and disnose of same as she deems proper. i Fifth I give and bequeath all the residue of my property, real and personal and mixed that I own at my death to all of my children, Gustav Sievers, Louise Rohling, Carrie Paustian, Henry A.Sievers and Katie Wichman, share and share alike as tenants in common. In case any of my said children shall die during my life time I desire that his or her share shall not lapse i if such an one leave issue or descendants but that the same shall be paid to such descendants in equal proportions. Sixth I hereby appoint my beloved sons Gustav Sievers and Henry A.Sievers executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my narr_e on this Eighth day of August A.D.1908. I, J.H.Mullin, County Judge in and for say_d County, do hereby certify that on the 15th day of July A.D.1911, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Sievers, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of September A..D.1914 said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Henry Sievers, deceased, and the same was ordered to be re:;orded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
