A.Wilson, surviving widow of said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, an undivid- <br />ed one fourth; To Sarah Taber, Della Ward, Eunice I.Wilson and Jeanette Wilson, each, an undiv- <br />ided three twentieths; and to Anna B.Wilson, widow of Oliver Wilson deceased, and the mother <br />of the children of the said Oliver Wilson, deceased, Oliver K.Wilson, a son of Oliver Wiir =, <br />I <br />deceased, and Anna .M.Wiison, a daughter of said Oliver Wilson, deceased, each, an undivided <br />one twentieth. <br />1 <br />1 <br />11 <br />1 <br />The Court further finds that the said Jessie A.Wilson, widow of said <br />Benjamin Wilson, deceased, having renounced under the last will and testament of the said <br />Benjamin Wilson, deceased, and elected to take her rights as widow under the intestate laws of <br />the State of Nebraska, the title to Lots 9 and 10, in Block 1, in Burger's Addition to the Vill- i <br />age of Doniphar� in Hall County, Nebraska, does pass and descend, as follows: To Jessie A. i <br />Nilson an undivided one fourth interest by fee simple title; a homestead estate therein to the <br />said Jessie A.Wilson during her natural life; and to Sarah Taber, Della Ward Eunice I.Wilson. <br />and Jeanette Wilson each an undivided three twentieths interest, by fee simile title, subject <br />i <br />only to the homestead estate therein of the said Jessie A.Wilson, and to Anna F.Wilson, Cliver K, <br />Wilson and Anna M . Wilson, each , an undivided one twentieth interest by fee simple title, subject <br />only to the homestead estate therein of the said Jessie A. Wilson. <br />The Court further finds that, under the provisions of the last will and testament of the said <br />Benjamin Wilson, deceased, there was the sum of $705,54 from the personal estate of said de- <br />-eased in which George A.Wilson takes a life estate, as Provided by paragraph numbered FIFTH <br />of the last will and testament of the said Benjamin Wilson deceased, and that said sum has been i <br />duly paid by said executors to Sarah Taber, as guardian of the said George A.Wilsor� an incom- <br />petent, and that, upon the death of the said George A.Wilson, said sum of e'705.54, or so much <br />thereof as remains, passes to and becomes the absolute pro -erty of the person or persons who <br />have accepted and performed the duties of guardian for said George A.Wilson, during his life- <br />time, in the manner provided by the paragraph numbered THIRD of the last will and testament of <br />the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased. j <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska ( <br />:ss <br />Hall County.
