<br />testament of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased and duly and legally elected to take a widovY's
<br />share of the estate of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, under the intestate laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jessie A.Wilson, surviving widow
<br />of the said Benjamin ,,ilson, deceased, is not the mother of the children of the said Benjamin
<br />?,Olson, deceased, but that the children of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, are the issue
<br />from a prior marriage of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased and that the said Jessie A.Wilson
<br />is, therefore, entitled to an undivided one fourth of all the real and personal estate of the
<br />said Benjamin Wilson, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Renj amin Wilson died
<br />seized as the owner in fee simple of the following; described real estate:
<br />The 'West half of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty Eight (28), in Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), in Hall County, Nebraska, also, The South half of the Southwest
<br />quarter of Section Thirty (30), in Township Ten (10) Nofth, Range Eight (8), and the North
<br />half of the Northwest quarter of Section Thirty -one (31), in Township Ten (10), North, Range
<br />Light (8), West , all in Hamilton County, Nebraska, also, Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), in
<br />Block One (1), of Burger's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which said lots were the homestead of the said Benjamin Wilson. and Jessie A.Wilson, his wife,
<br />at the time of the death of the said Benjamin Wilson, and is now the homestaed of the said
<br />Jessie A.Wilson.
<br />The Court further finds that, in paragraph numbered Sixth of the last
<br />will and testament of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased is mentioned "the heirs of Orville
<br />Wilson, deceased ". The Court further finds that the name "Orville" inserted in said will
<br />before the word "Wilson" was a mistake of the scrivener, and that the name should have been
<br />"Oliver" instead of "Orville ", Oliver Wilson being a deceased son of the said Benjamin Wilson,
<br />deceased and there being no member of his family by the name of Orville Wilson.
<br />The Court further finds that the heirs of Cliver Wilson, deceased are Anna P. Wilson,
<br />surviving widow of Oliver Vlilson, deceased Oliver K.Wilson, a son of said Oliver Wilson,
<br />deceased, and Anna M.Wilson, a daughter of said Oliver Wilson, deceased, and that there are
<br />no otter heirs of the said Oliver Wilson, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said
<br />Jessie A.Wilsor� having renounced under the will of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, and
<br />elected to take-her rights as widow under the intestate law of the State of Nebraska., the
<br />title to the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 28, in Township 10 North,
<br />Range Nine (S)Weet, in Hall County, Nebraska, does pass and descend, by virtue of said last
<br />will and testament of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, and by operation of law, as follows:
<br />An undivided one fourth interest by fee simple title to the said Jessie A.Wilson, surviving,,
<br />widow of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, ; an undivided three fourths interest to George
<br />A.Wilson for his life and, after the death of the said George A.Wilson, an undivided three
<br />fourths interest in fee simple title, to the person or persons who has accented and performed
<br />the duties of guardian for the said George A.Wilson during his lifetime in the manner prov-
<br />ided in the paragraph numbered THIRD of the last will and testament of the said Benjamin
<br />Wilson, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jessie A. Wilsoni widow of the said
<br />Benjamin Wilson, deceased, having renounced under the will of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased
<br />and elected to take her rights as widow under the intestate law of the State of Nebraska, the
<br />title to the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 28, in Township 10 North,
<br />Range 9, West, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section
<br />30 and the North half of the Northwest quarter of Section 31, all in Township 10 North, Range
<br />8 West, in Hamilton County, Nebraska, does pass and descend, by virtue of the last will and
<br />testament of the said Benjamin Wilson, deceased, and by operation of law, by absolute title,
