<br />that the same proceedure be followed in each case, should there be refusals, disqualifications
<br />or resignations.
<br />That the guardian of said George A.Wilson shall be required to furnish for
<br />the said George A.Wilson a good home, good and sufficient food and clothing at all times, and
<br />to tenderly care for him in sickness and health, during the period of his natural life, in a
<br />loving, humane and paternal manner, and that if the duties of the said guardianship are not
<br />performed in the manner hereinbefore directed, that upon the matter being brought to the
<br />attention of the Probate Judge, the office shall be declared vacant, and the next in order
<br />named as guardian, and the said guardian, while so acting, shall receive from the property
<br />of the said George A.Wilson, the income from the estate of the said George A.Wilsor, and
<br />further,
<br />I give and bequeath, and devise that after the death of the said George A.Wilson, the
<br />real estate in which the said George A.Wilson, in this my last will and testament, is given
<br />a life estate, together with the personal property then constituting a portion of said life
<br />estate, shall be given to the party or parties who have accepted and performed the duties of
<br />guardian of the said George A.Wilson during his life time, or to their heirs or successors,
<br />in the proportion and to the amount in which they have performed the duties of the position
<br />of guardian that is to say:- Should one person have performed the duties of the position
<br />of guardian from the date of my death to the date of the death of the said George A.Wilson
<br />he shall receive the fee simple of the property in which the life estate is herein bequeathed
<br />to the said George A.Wilsor� and should two or more parties have performed the duties of
<br />guardianship from the date of my death to the date of the death of the said George A.Nilsor�
<br />then the property in which the life estate is herein granted to the said George A.Wilson,
<br />shall descend and belong to said guardians or their heirs or successors in the proportion
<br />that the time, in which they performed the duties of guardian, bears to the entire period of
<br />guardianship.
<br />FOURTH. I give and bequeath to my son George A.Wilson, for his use during the period of his
<br />natural life, the S.W. of the N.E.-'7 of section Twenty Eight (26) of Township Ten (10) north
<br />of Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, the intention being to create
<br />a life estate for the said George A.Wilsor� and to have said property descend in fee simple
<br />as set forth in article numbered "THREE" of this instrument.
<br />FIFTH. I direct that the residue of my personal property, after my funeral expenses, the
<br />expense of administering my estate, and all my debts have been paid, shall be sold and the
<br />proceeds divided into seven equal parts and one of the equal parts given to each of the foll-
<br />owing named parties : -- Jessie Wilson my wife; Sarah Tabor ; Della Ward ; Eunice I.Wilson;
<br />Jeanette Wilson, the heirs of ORville Wilson, deceased ; and George A.Wilson, with the under-
<br />standing that George A.Wilson's share shall be but a life estate and that its final adjudic-
<br />ation shall be as set forth in article numbered "THIRD" in this instrument.
<br />SIXTH. I direct that one year after my death all the remaining real estate, of which I may
<br />die possessed, shall be sold and the proceeds divided into six equal parts and one of the
<br />equal parts given to each of the following named parties : - Jessie Wilson, my wife; Sarah Tabor
<br />Della Ward : Eunice I.Wilson; Jeanette Wilson, and the heirs of Orville Wilson deceased,
<br />( George A.Wilson's share of the real estate having been provided for in article numbered
<br />"FOt'RTH" of this instrument.)
<br />SEVENTH. I hereby appoint Albert Ward Albert Tabor , and John Allan Executors of this my last
<br />will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
