Alice Schwartz, of St.Paul,Howard County, Nebraska being of sound mind and memory and in full possession of all of my mental faculties,; and thankful to God for the same; but real- izing the uncertainties of this mortal life, and being desirous of making proper provisions for those cif my farmily I may leave behind me, do hereby ordain and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form, as follows: 1. It is my, will that imiliediately after my death any debt or just claim which may exist against my estate, including expenses of my last sickness and funeral and co:: is of administra- tion, shall be paid out of my personal estate. 2. I likewise bequeath to my said husband the regular inter- est or dividends derived f_ -om the capital of two thousand dollars 02000.00) which at the present time is invested in the Occidental Building d- Loan Association of Omaha, Nebr., as paid -up stock and he is also to have the free use of my household goods during the rest of his natural life. 3. I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Emma Jolls ( nee Schwartz( a lot which I own in Grand Island, described as follows: Lot 61 Block 18, Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be her property in fee simple. 4., I give and bequeath to my two beloved sons, Henry A.and Otto F. a certain demand note for the sum of one thousand dollars (,1pt70.00 }, made by Richard ;:.and Elsie Kuester, of Grand Island, Nebr., the aii,ount of same to be equally divided among my said two sans. 5. As a further bequest to my children, it is my will, and my exec -tor is hereby directed, after the death of my husband, Henry Schwartz, to to sell and convert to cash the dwelling property, in which my husband has held a life estate as provided in section 2 hereof, and to take the proceeds of said sale together with the said capital of two thousand dollars (j2, 000.00) now invested in the Occidental Building & Loan Association of Omaha, Nebr., and also the house- hold goods and divide the whole equally, share and share alike, among my said three children, Emma Jolls ( nee S ^hwartz), Henry A.Schwartz and Otto F.Schwartz. 6. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved sister , ?Ars.
