<br />I, John A.Kelso of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and
<br />publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />First. I direct that my just debts and the expense attending my burial be first paid.

<br />Second. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ora Kelso, all of May property, both
<br />real and personal, to have and to hold during her natural life, and after the death of my said
<br />wife, all the rest,residue and remainder of My property, both real and personal. I give, devise
<br />and bequeath unto ley children, Harry L.Kelso, Nancy E.Sothman, William J.Kelso, Ray G.Kelso, Earl
<br />Kelso and Fern Kelso, share and share alike. Should any of my said children die before the death
<br />of my said wife Ora Kelso, then the child or children of any deceased parent to take the parents
<br />`shar e .
<br />'Third. I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Ora Kelso and Icy son Harry L.Kelso as Executors
<br />of this will, without bond.
<br />Fourth. I hereby revoke any and all former wills made by me.

<br />County, do hereby certify that on the 27th day of June A.D.1911, the instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of John A.Kelso, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 20th day of July, A.D.1911, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved
<br />;probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said John A.Kelso, deceased, and the
