Final Decree.
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL CCU`TTY, NEBRASKA.
In the matter of the estate of )
( FINAL DLOREE.
H I R A M L. K E .d T, deceased.)
Now on this third day of October, 1'11 this cause came on for hearing upon
the final report of Elma V. Kent, Administ rat rix of t' e estate of Hiram E. Kent, deceased,
and it satisfactorily appearing to the Court that the said Elma V. Kent is the only child
of said deceased, and the sole heir and only person interested in said estate, and it further
appearing that all debts allowed against the estate hake been paid and satisfied, the court
proceeded to final settlement of said estate without farther notice.
After a full examination of the report filed the Qourt finds that the same is
correct in all respects and ought to be apprcved and allowed; that the said administratrix
has accounted for all of said estate which came into her hands.
The Cor,rt finds that due and legal notic$ was given to all creditors of the
time allowed and rla ^e a- ointed for filing ^)aims against the estate of said de ^eased; that
the time limited for filing Maims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed agains
said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all olaims and demands outstanding
against the estate of Hiram L. Kent and not filed, if any such there 13s' are forever barred
and excluded.
It is therefore Considered and Adjudged that all persons are forever barred
from filing or setting up any Maims or demands against the estate of Hiram E. Kent, deceased,
and said estate is fully settled and closed.
The Court finds that the said Hiram E. Kent departed this life in-estate, on
the 4th day of August, 1910, learing surviving hip: as his sole heir at law, Elma V. Kent, his
daughter; that he left -no widow and no other child or children.
The Court finds that the said Hires::: E. Kent was at the time of his death the
owner of the following des real real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of
Nebraska, to -wit:
The North East Quarte of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township Twelve (12), in j
Range Nine (9), and Lots Two V,) and Three (3), in Block Twenty -eight (28) of Russel Wheeler's
Addition to the City of Grand Island Nebraska, and it is further found by the Court that under
the law of descent of the State of Ietirask.a, all of said real estate did pass and descend at j
the death of tho said Hiram E. Kent, intestate, to the above named Elma V. Kent in fee.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the North East Quarter)
of Section Twenty -two, in Township Twelve, in Range Nine, and Lots Two and Three in Block
TSventy -eight of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, all in Hall
County Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Hiram E. Kent, intestate, to Elma V. I
Kent to have and to. hold to her and to her heirs and assigns forever. i
