<br />I, Annie E.Osborne, now of Gnigum Minnesota, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do

<br />make and publish this, my last will and testament .
<br />First,: It is my will that all of my just debts, including the expense of my last sickness

<br />and burial, be paid out of my personal property.
<br />Second I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Annie P.Eager, the North one -half of
<br />the North East Quarter of Section Four in Township Eleven, North of Range Ten, west, in Hall
<br />County Nebraska.
<br />Third: My other daughter, Ida C.Hamilton, having received from her grandfather eighty
<br />acres of land in Hall County, Nebraska, which she still ownes, I consider that in giving the
<br />land devised in Section Two of this Will, to my daughter Annie, each of the children will then
<br />be provided with land and nieans of support after my death.
<br />Fourth All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of which I die seized of every
<br />hind and nature I give devise and bequeath in equal shares to my daughters, Annie P. Eager
<br />and Ida C.Hamilton.
<br />I name , nominate and apro int Annie F .Eager of Poplar. Mont an% executor of this, my last
<br />will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In witness . T-_ =ereof I have hereunto s-ibscribed my name to this instrument, consisting of two
<br />pages of type iltwritten matter, including attestation clause hereto attached, which I have iden-
<br />tified with my signature thereon, on this 25th day of February, 1909.

<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said
<br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said S'Fbal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
