Lc <br />42651 -KLOPP 6 BARTLETT CO..PRINTING,LITHOGRP.PH I VG,STATIONERY; OMANZ4 <br />to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the <br />Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is.in due form of law. <br />In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of <br />the County Court, at Grand Island, this 10 day of January 1913. <br />(SEAL) J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />Filed for record January 21,1910' at 11.30 o'clock A.M. <br />j <br />Register of De ds <br />- o- a- o- a- e- o- o- o- o- o- o- a- c- a- a- o- a- o- o- o- a- o- o- o- o- e- o- a- o- a- c- o- o- o- a- o- >- o- o -o -�- o- - 0- 0-0-u- <br />Will and Decree <br />IN THE CCT_???TY COURT OF HALL CCUNT Y , NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of ( <br />: FIidAL DECREE. <br />Annie L.Osborne, deceased. <br />4 Now on this 15th day of February, 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon <br />the final report and petition of Charles G.Ryan, administrator with the will annexed, of said <br />estate, and it appearing from the files of this case that all persons interested in said estate <br />had accepted notice of the filing of said report and petition and asked that same be duly app- <br />roved, the Court, upon examination thereof, finds that-same is, in all respects, correct and <br />F <br />should be allowed and approved as prayed. <br />The Court further finds, from the proofs on file, in this case, that legal notice, as requ- <br />ired by law and the orders of this Court, has been given to all persons having claims against <br />said estate of the time and place for filing same, that said time has fully expired and that <br />all of such claims, including the costs of administration, have been paid by said administra- <br />tor and that all other claims and debts of said estate, not filed, if any exist, are forever <br />barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased died, Testate seized of the following described <br />real estate, to -Fit: The North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Four (4), in Toii,,n- <br />ship Eleven (11), North of Range Ten (10), West, in Hall County,Nebraska, and that, under the <br />terms of her said will, the same was devised and passed, upon the death of said testatrix, to <br />Annie P.Hall, daughter of said deceased; that deceased died seized of Lot 34, in Block 4, of <br />C.F.Lyon's Third Addition to Hennepin County, 'Minnesota, according to the plat of said addition <br />which plat is on file and of regard in the office of the register of deeds in and for the County <br />of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and that, under the terms and provisions of the will of said <br />deceased, the said last described real estate passed and descended, in equal shares, to Annie P. <br />Hall and Ida ".Hamilton, daughters of said deceased. <br />The Court further finds that there is a balance remaining in the hands of said administrator <br />of 181.661 which money was derived from the rents of the land devised to the said Annie P.Hall <br />and from money contributed by her for funeral expenses and that said balance should be paid to <br />the said Annie P.Hall; that the 200 shares of stock in the rusher Oil & Pipe Line Company and <br />the 10 shares in the Mercantile ;Pilling Metal "ompany still remaining in the possession of said <br />administrator, should be assigned and delivered, in equal shares, to the said Annie P.Hall and <br />Ida C.Hamilton and the said administrator is :ordered to make . such assignment. <br />It is, therefore, by the Court, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report of said <br />administrator be and hereby is approved and that the above described real estate passed and <br />descended, upon the death of the deceased, as hereinbefore found and as in said will set forth <br />and is so awarded to the devisees named therein; that all debts and claims not filed against <br />said estate are forever barred and that, upon a filing of a receipt from the said Annie P.Hall <br />for the said balance rernairing in his hands, the said administrator will be discharged, his <br />bond released and said estate closed. <br />J.
