<br />In the name of God;Amen. I George Thavenet, of Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, consider-
<br />ing the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, blessed be Almighty j
<br />God for the same, do make and -publish this, my last will and Testament in manner and form foll-
<br />owing, that is to say:
<br />First I direct that my funeral charges, the expences of administering my estate, and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient, I authorize my executors
<br />i
<br />hereafter named, to sell so much of my Real Estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaratha Thavenet all the personal
<br />property of which I shalldie possessed, to have and to hold to her and to her assigns forever.
<br />Third I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaratha Thavenet all the
<br />of which I shall die possessed to have and to hold to her and to her assigns forever.

<br />However I give and bequeath to each of my beloved Children namely, Millie, Gustav, Anna, Dora,
<br />Lena, Maggie., George and Fritz the sum of Five & no /100 dollars, said amount to be paid to each j
<br />of my beloved children above named, by my beloved wife Margaratha Thavenet.
<br />Fourth I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my Real Estate of which I shall die
<br />i
<br />possessed to my beloved wife Margaratha Thavenet to have and to hold to her and to heirs forever.'
<br />Fifth I hereby give the custody of my infant children during their minority, and while
<br />they remain unmarried to my beloved wife Margaratha Thavenet.
<br />Sixth :- I appoint my beloved friends Johann Re h er and William A.Hagge of Hall County, Nebrask a
<br />executors of this my last will and Testament, and they to serve without Bond.

<br />We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do certify that George Thavenet, the testator subscribed
<br />his name to this instrument in our presents, and in the presents of each of us, and declared at
<br />the same time in our presence and hearing that this instrument was his last will and testament.

<br />as attesting witnesses.

<br />same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.
