<br />Lot Four County Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter and the West half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10), north, in Range Ten (10), Nest of the 6th P.M., con-
<br />taining 1.77 acres as surveyed, platted and recorded, and that under the terms and provisions
<br />Of said last will and testament the said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Anasa B.Fraker,to Jennie Fraker, his widow, in absolute title.
<br />The Court finds that the said Amasa B.Fraker was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:-
<br />The East half of the Northwest Quarter and part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />of Section Six (6), in Township Ten (10), north, in Range Ten (10) west of the 6th P.M., and that
<br />under the terms and provisions of his said last will and testament said real estate did pass and
<br />descend at the death of the said Amasa B.Fraker to Jennie Fraker for the term of her natural
<br />life, and that at her death the same passes and descends to the said Robert L.Fraker, Mabel Mac -'
<br />Kay, Bertha H.Ellis and Hazel Fraker, in equal shares as tenants in common, to have and to hold
<br />to them and to their heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that Lot 4, County Subdivision of
<br />the i1.N. 1 and the West of the N.E.4 of Section 5, in Township lU, in Range 10, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, did descend at the death of Amasa B.Fraker, under the provisions of his will, to
<br />Jennie Fraker in absolute title, and that the East of the N.W 4 and mart of the North of the
<br />S.E.y, of Section 6, in Township 10, in Range 10,
<br />the death of Amasa B.Fraker, under the _..pr- evis,ions
<br />for her use and benefit during her natural life,
<br />pass and descend to Robert L.Fraker, Nabel NaeKa
<br />share alike and in absolute title.

<br />compared the foregoing copy of the Last Till and Testament and Final Decree in the matter of
<br />the estate of Amasa B.Fraker, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said
<br />Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which Seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian
<br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form
<br />of law.
