<br />WILL AND FINAL DECREE.
<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF AMASA g.FRAKER.
<br />I. Amasa B.Fraker, of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposing mind and
<br />memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
<br />former Wills by rr.e made:
<br />First :- I desire that all my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral
<br />be paid out of my estate.
<br />Second :- I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Jennie Fraker, all the personal property
<br />of which I may die seized, Also All of Lot No. Four (4)of the County Subdivision of the North
<br />West Quarter and The Pest half of the North east (N.N.-y�-. & N.E.4 ( of Section Five (5) in Township
<br />Ten (10) North, of Range Ten (10) Pest of the 6th P.M. containing 1.77 acres, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded, to be hers absolutely.
<br />Third I give, devise and bequeath unto my said wife, during the period of her natural
<br />life my farm in Section Six (6), in Township Ten (10), North, of Range Ten (10), Pest of the 6th
<br />P.M., consisting of about 109 acres, and after her decease, I give, devise and bequeath said farm
<br />to my four children. hereinafter named, share and share alike.
<br />Fourth Should I die seized of other real estate, than that above mentioned, I desire
<br />that it be sold as soon as practicable after my decease, and that the proceeds thereof be divided
<br />equally, share and share alike, between my said wife and my four children, to- wit: - My son,
<br />Robert L. Fraker, and my three daughters, Mabel McKay ( nee Fraker),. Bertha H.Ellis, (nee Fraker)
<br />and Hazel Fraker; that is, each is to receive one fifth of said proceeds.
<br />Fifth I hereby make, constitute and appoint my said wife, Jennie Fraker, sole executrix
<br />of this my last will and testament, and I desire that she be not required to give � surety on
<br />her bond as such executrix.
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 4th day of March, 1911.

<br />At a session of the County Court held at the County Court Room in grand Island in
<br />said County, on the 22nd day of May, A.D., 1912, present J.H.Mullin, County Judge,. In the matter
<br />of the estate of Amasa B.Fraker, deceased. I. J.H.Mullir� County Judge in and for said County
<br />do hereby certify that on the 24" day of April, A.D., 1912, the instrument purporting to be the
<br />last will and testament of Amasa B.Fraker, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court.
