<br />It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Ina R.Pierce, administratrix,
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged
<br />of her trust.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Albert R.Pierce, deceased, and that said estate is.
<br />fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Albert R.Pierce departed this life, intestate, on the 6th day of
<br />January, 1912, being at the time of his death a resident of Hall County,.Nebraska, and that he
<br />left durviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following persons:
<br />INA R.PIERCE, his widow,
<br />EARL V.PIERCE, his son,
<br />STELLA B.PIERCE, his daughter,
<br />HARRY F.PIERCE, his son,
<br />ELSIE D.PIERCE, his daughter,
<br />R.F +.IP,N PIERCE, his daughter, and
<br />OPAL PIERCE, his daughter.
<br />The Court finds that the said Albert R.Pierce was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The North Half of the North -West quarter of Section 10, in Township 11, in Range 10, and that
<br />under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, said real estate did pass and
<br />descend at his death in the manner following:
<br />To INA R.PIERCE, his widow, one -third part thereof in fee;
<br />To EARL V,PIERCE, STELLA B.PIERCE, HARRY F.PIERCE, ELSIE D.PIERCE,R.FERN PIERCE and OPAL PIERCE,
<br />his children, two- thirds part thereof in coimiion and in absolute title, subject only to the home-
<br />steed rights of the said Ina R.Pierce in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that the North a of the N.W.J of Section 10, Township 11,
<br />Range 10, in Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the death of Albert R.Pierce, intestate, as
<br />follows: One -third part thereof to Ina R.Pierce; the remaining two-thirds part thereof to 'Earl
<br />V.Pierce, Stella B.Pierce, Harry F.Pierce, Elsie D.Pierce, R.Fern Pierce and Opal Pierce, in
<br />equal shares, subject to the homestead rights of the said Ina R.Pierce,

<br />I, T.H.T';rzllin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared the
<br />foregoing copy of the Final Decree in the matter of the Estate of Albert R.Pierce, deceased, with
<br />the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is horeto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in 1110 own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
