In the matter of the estate of ( -FINAL DECREE. Nancy Riddle, deceased. Now on this 12th day of December,1912 this cause came on for hearing upon the-final report, of Cora A.Aishop, administratrix of the estate of Nancy Riddle, deceased, and the voluntary appear - ance of Hester E.Day and William W.Ewing, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from ,the proof on file, that all ,persons interested in the estate haveVactual notice of the filing of said report and have waived time and notice of hearing thereon and waived all process and consented that a hearing may be had upon the filing of said voluntary appearance and there being no object- ion or protest on fileand no one appearing to object to the allowance of said report and it further appearing to the Court, after a full examination thereof that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved, it is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Cora A.Bishop, administratrix, be and the same is hereby approved atd allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her ;.trust and her bond released. The court finds that due and legal notice was given to 'Riddle, deceased, of the time allowed and place appointed for that the time so limited for filing claims has fully expired; ;against said estate, have been fully raid and satisfied; that ;estate and not so presented and within said time, are therefo It is therefore ordered and considered by the court that all creditors of the said Nancy filing claims against her estate, that all claims filed and allowed all claims outstanding against said re forever barred and excluded. all rersons are forever barred from filing oil setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Nancy Riddle, deceased and that said estate i5 fully settled and closed. The court finds that said Nancy Riddle departed this life intestate on the 9th day of December ;1911, seized in fee simple of the following described real estate, to -wit: Fractional Lot Four (4) ,in Block Thirteen (13) in the original town now city of Grand Island and Fractional Lot Four (4) 'in Fractional Block Seven (7) in Rollins Addition to Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska; also the South half of Lot Thirty (30) in Block One (1) in Osceola Cemetery situated on Section Sixteen (16) in Township Fi- ,urteen (14) North of Range Two (2) Pest of the Sixth P.M. in Polk County, Nebr- aska; also Lots 42, 43, 442 45 and 46 in Block Six (6) in Pleasant View in County of Jefferson and State of Colorado; also Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block Eighteen (18) in Pleasant View, Second ;Filing in Jefferson County, Colorado; that all the above described real estate descended and massed 1 1 1 1 11
