LITH OGRAPHI ,YG, STATIONERY; OM.CHG <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA* <br />lInµ the Matter of the estate of ( <br />DECREE. <br />Robert Waugh, Deceased. <br />Now on this 12th day of December ,1912, this cause came on for hearing and it <br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that notice of the ' <br />filing of the petition to dispense with administration and of the time and place fixed.for the <br />hearing thereon, has been given to all persons interested by publication as required by the order <br />of court dated November 13, 1912, and no one appearing to object, and there being no objection <br />or protest on file, whereupon a duly authenticated copy of the probate proceedings had in the <br />PROBATE COURT OF BRUN COUNTY, KANSAS, was produced and submitted in evidence. <br />On consideration whereof the Court finds that, from the examination of the petition filed <br />and from the evidence introduced ::Robert Waugh departed this life on or about the 17th day of <br />September, 1900, in Brown County, Kansas, of which County, and State he was a resident at the <br />time of his death; that his estate was duly and fully administered upon in the Probate Court of <br />Brown County, Kansas, and all debts were paid and satisfied; that he left noAwVil and testament <br />that the said Robert Waugh,was at the time of his death the owner of the following described <br />real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The North -east quarter of the North -east quarter of Section Thirteen (13), in Township Eleven <br />(11) North, in Range Nine (9) Pest of the 6th P.M. and Lot Five (5) in Block One Hundred Eight <br />(108), in Railroad Addition to the Town, now.City,of Grand Island ; that said real estate is <br />not subject to attachment, execution or other emercements or to the payment of debts of the said <br />deceased for the reason that all debts are paid and satisfied; that the said Robert Waugh left <br />surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons: <br />Annie Waugh, his widow, 67 years of age, residing at Hiawatha, Kansas. <br />William C.Waugh, a son, 34 years of age, residing in Kansas City: <br />Mamie C.Waugh, now Detamore, a daughter, 31 years of age, residing at Hiawatha, Kansas: <br />Sadie Han.pton, now Nail, a daughter, 27 years of age, residing at Atchison, Kansas; <br />Olie Waugh, now Morison, a daughter, 25 years of age, residing at Hiawatha, Kansas; <br />that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, as in force at that time <br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the <br />said Robert Waugh, intestate, to the above named William C.Waugh, Mamie C.Waugh, Sadie Hampton and <br />Olie Waugh, in equal shares and in absolute title, subject only to the dower interest of the <br />said Annie Waugh therein. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the N.E.-1- of the N.E. of Section <br />13, Township 11, Range 9. and Lot 5, in Block 108, in Railroad Addition to . the town; , now city of <br />Grand Island, all in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Robert Waugh, <br />o <br />under the law of the State of Nebraska, to William C.Waugh, Mamie C.Waugh, Sadie Hampton and <br />Olie Waugh, in equal shares to have.and to hold to them and to their heirs and assigns forever, <br />subject to the dower rights of.the said Annie -laugh in and to said real estate. <br />It is ordered #,fiat regular administration of this estate be dispensed with. <br />J.H.Mullin <br />County Judge. <br />State of Nebraska <br />:ss <br />Hall County..
