<br />flow on this 30th day of ilovambar, 1912, this cause came on for 'nearing upon
<br />the report of ,,Tans Siek, ?~xecutor of the Last Will and T�Dstament of Claus Jacob Sch:vartz, deceas-
<br />" ed, and it appearing to th, satisfaction of the Court, from the proof on file, that notice has
<br />��een given all rersons interested as .required by the order of ^ourt, dated. November 19 , 1912, and
<br />no one appearing to object to the allovrance of said report, and it further appearing that the
<br />said Hans Siek, executor,has accounted for all of the said estate .rhieh came into his hands and

<br />hat his report is correct in all respects and ouht to be approved, it is, therefore,
<br />G%DERLD, ADJTJD ED Ai ?D 1�ECF ED that the report of Hans Siek, Executor, be and the same hereby
<br />is approved as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice -.,vas given all creditors of the time limited and
<br />place a7?poi.nted for ailing claims against the estate of said deceased, by ;,iublication and by
<br />posting; that the tine allo;ved for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that all c1tims outstanding
<br />against the estate of said deceased and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore for-
<br />ever L)arred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adiudgsd by the court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Claus Jacob Schwartz, dece-
<br />ased, and j;Lat said estate is fully settled and closed.
