<br />final account of August Wilhelmi, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Henry Lilienthal
<br />deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the proof now on file, that

<br />all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have duly notified, by publicatior� of the
<br />filing of said account and of t.-.e time and place fixed for the f;_nal settlement of said estate
<br />and no one an�-)earing to object and it further appearing to the Court, after a full examination
<br />thereof that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed, it is
<br />therefore ORDERED, ADJTTDGED AND DECREED that the report of August NilhelIii, executrix be and
<br />the same hereby is ap -roved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is found by the Court that notice >aas given to all creditors of Henry Lilienthal,. dece-
<br />ased, of the time allowed and place appointed for presenting claims against his estate, as re-

<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Henry Lilienthal
