<br />I, Henry Lilienthal, of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall and State of Yeb-
<br />raska, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make public and declare Uris to
<br />be my last Will and Testament.
<br />First, I direct that rry funoral charges, the expenses of administering my Estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my -personal pro -ne-rty. If that be insufficient, I authorize my executor, here -
<br />inafter named, to sell so much of my Real Estate as may be necessary for that purpose.
<br />Second, I give to my beloved Wife , larie Lilienthal, all my household furniture and all the
<br />rest of ray personal »rol-erty, after paying therefrom the above mentioned items.
<br />Third, I give to my beloved ,rife 1.1arie Lilienthal, all the Real Estate owned by me in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />Fourth, If My .rife die before me, them in that case, I give my household furniture, my rersonal
<br />y::roperty and the Real Estate o�aned by rye in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, after paying

<br />Therefrom the move rentioned items, to my beloved children, Henry, Catbarina, and Adele, ±o be
<br />equally devided amongst them.
<br />Fifth, I give to my son, Detlef, the North half of the 'North East quarter (N.1 'd.E.��) of
<br />Section 30, Tuanship 11, Range 8 and Lot 1 of the North West quarter in Section 29, Toanship 11,
<br />Range 8, all in 14'errick County, Nebraska, for which he shall nay to my beloved wife, T'iarie
<br />Lilienthal on January 1 of each and every year, as long as she lives, One Hundred Pollars.
<br />Sixth, I gave to ray sterson, Wilhelm Gerbig, the South half South East quarter (S.1 S.E.-I)
<br />of Section 13, Taan�_;hip 12, Range 11, in Hall County, Nebraska, for :rhieh he shall pay to my
<br />beloved wife, n arie Lilienthal, on January 1, of each and every year, as long as she lives,
<br />Seventy Five Dollars.
<br />I hereby appoint my fxiend, August Wilhelmi of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
