<br />having been tried, and a verdict having been duly rendered at said term of Court for the proponent
<br />of the vJill in said proceedings proposed.

<br />It is considered and adjudged by the Court that the instrument bearing date the 16th day of May
<br />1895, and signed by George I.I.Boggs, as testator and William T.Conn&l,l and Robert S.Knode, as
<br />witnesses, being the same instrument in this cause proposed as and for the last will and testament
<br />of the said George H.Boggs, deceased; and it-is further considered and adjudged by the court
