Also certified copy of mandate of <br />Supreme Court affirming said judgment. <br />March 8,1902 filed supplemental petition by Ida M.Wharton, formerly Ida M.Boggs, praying that <br />Irving F.Baxter of Douglas County, Nebraska, may be appointed administrator with'the will <br />annexed of said estate, to administer and settle the affairs of said estate in accordance <br />S <br />with the terms and conditions of the said last will and testament of the said deceased. Said <br />petitioner declines to serve as executrix or administratrix with the will annexed of the said <br />estate, having since her appointment remarried <br />0 <br />March 8, 1902 entered decree.
