<br />The Court further finds that the said Carl Edward Schourup died seized as owner in fee simple

<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,

<br />to -writ: Lot Number Five (5), in Block Num,Oer One Hundred Twenty Eight (128), in Koenig &
<br />Riebe's Audition to the City of Grand Island, and that at the time of the death of the said Carl
<br />Edward Schourup said premises was the homestead of the said Carl Edward Schourup and Fritze
<br />i
<br />Schourup, his wife, and that the same is now the homestead of the said Fritze Schourup.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Carl Edward Schourup, deceased, left surviving him as
<br />i
<br />;
<br />his -heirs and only heirs at law the following nar_ied persons, to-:wit: Fritze Schourup, surviving
<br />:widow; Walter E.Schourup, a sorb Olga Schourup King and Ileta Schourup Tillard, daughters.

<br />It is therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by thie Court, that, upon the death of the
<br />I
<br />said Carl Edward Schourup, deceased, said Lot Five (5), in Block One Hundred 7,'Ienty Eight (128)
<br />of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the title thoreto did
<br />pass and descend by operation of law as follows: One third to Fritze Schourup, surviving widow
<br />of the said Carl Edward Schourup, and two thirds to Walter E.Schourup, Olga Schourup Icing, and
<br />Beta Schourup Willard, share and share alike, sub -lact, hoo-:revar, to the homestead estate there-
<br />in of the said Fritze Schourup.
