<br />In the matter of the estate of Edward ',Iollowbaughy deceased. I. J.H.Mullin, County Judge in
<br />a_:d far said County, do hereby certify that on the 19th clay of July A.D.1911, the irf trument
<br />purporting to be the last will and testament of. Edward Hollowbaugh, deceased, was filed for
<br />probate in this Court. That on the 27 day of July A.D.1911, said instrument to which this
<br />is attached was duly proved, probated and allo-.!red as the last will and testament of the said
<br />Edward Hollowbaugh, deceased and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />court aforesaid.

<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Carl Edward Schourup, deceased.
<br />'L 1ocv on this 15 day of October, A.D.1912, this cause came on for Bearing upon the
<br />final report of W.E.Schourup, administrator of the estate of Carl Edgard Schourup, deceased, and
<br />it appearing to the Court, from the proofs on file that 'Palter E.Schourup, Fritze Schourup, Olga
<br />Schourup King and Ilieta Schourup Willard, i-jeing all the persons now interested in said estate,
<br />have severally accepted service of notice of the filing of the final report of said administrator
<br />have approved of the same and have joined in the -request that said report be received and appr-
<br />oved as and for the final report of the said I.E.Schourup as administrator of the estate of said
<br />Carl Edward Schourup, deceased and it further appearing to the Court that due and legal notice
<br />has been given to all credit-ors of the time and place for filing claims against the estate of the
<br />said Carl Edward Schouru deceased, and the time for filing such claims has expired, and it furt-
<br />her appearing to the Court that the said W.E.Schourup, as such administrator, has accounted, and
<br />turned over to the persons entitled thereto all moneys and otter property belonging to said estate
<br />and that said retort ought to be approved as and for the final report of the said I.E.Schourup
<br />as administrator of the estate of the said Carl Edgard Schourup, deceased.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said report be and the same
<br />hereby is in all things ap-,-roved as and for the final report of said administrator; that said
<br />W.E.Schourup be discharged as such administrator and the said estate of the said Carl Edward
<br />Schourup, deceased, be and the same hereby is fully settled and closed, and it is further ordered
<br />adjudged and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims
