<br />! The Court finds that the said Edward Hollowbaugh departed t-,-xis life on the 17th day of July, 1911
<br />leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 27th
<br />day of July, 1911.
<br />It is found ry the Court that the said Edward Hollowbaugh left surviving
<br />him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Fmrila J.Hollowbaugh, his widow, Henry H.Hollowbaugh, named in the will as Henry J.Hollowbaugh
<br />his son, and Olivia Viola Dearinger, his daughter.
<br />It �s further found by the Court that the said Edward Hollowbaugh was at the time of his Beat
<br />the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of '

<br />Nebraska, to -,,rit : - Lots One (1), Three (3) . Five (5), and the East one -half of Lot Seven
<br />all in Block Four (4), in College Addition to Nest Lawn in the City of Grand Island, and that
<br />i
<br />under the terms and provisions of his last will and testament all of said real estate did pass
<br />a_ -d descend at his death to Emma J.Hollowbaugh, his widow, for the term of her natural life and
<br />that at her death said real estate does pass and descend to Henry H.Hollowbaugh, his son, and
<br />Olivia Viola Dearinger, his daughter, in equal shares, to have and to hold to them and their
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />It is therefore considered by the Court that Lots 1, 32 5 and the East half of 7, in Block
<br />41 in College Addition to (test Lawn in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, did descend at the
<br />death of Edward Hollowbaugh, ua ^der the - ;rovisions of his last will and testament, to Emma J.
<br />' ollowbaugh for life, and at her death raid real estate does descend to Henry H.Hollo +fbaugh and
<br />Olivia Viola Dearinger as tenants in comron.

<br />That, I, Edward Hollowbaugh of Grand Island, I3ai1 County, Nebraska, being of sound and dis-
<br />posing r ird and Memory, do -ake, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament:
<br />First I desire that all ray just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and funeral
<br />be paid out of my estate.
<br />Second I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife , Emma J.Hollowbaugh, all the
<br />rest and residue of r.:y estate of whatsoever nature and ,vheresoever found, to be Hers for the
<br />Period of her natural life.
<br />Third : After the death of ray said wife, I give, devise and bequeath unto `my son, Henry
<br />J.Hollowbaugh or Hollibaugh) at present -residing near Spencer, Ohio, and to my daughter, Olivia
<br />Viola Dearingor, of Nadsworth, Ohio, share and s,_are alike, all of the real estate of which
<br />I shall die seized, and all of tie personal property, if any that may be left after the death
<br />of my said wife, and after the payment of her just debts and funeral expenses.
<br />Fourth I hereby appoint my said wife, Erma .T.Hollowbaugh, sole executrix of this my Last
<br />Will and Testament, and I desire that she be not reryuired to give surety on her 'pond as such
<br />executrix.
