The Court finds that the said Edward Hollowbaugh departed t-,-xis life on the 17th day of July, 1911 <br />leaving a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate in this court on the 27th <br />day of July, 1911. <br />It is found ry the Court that the said Edward Hollowbaugh left surviving <br />him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: <br />Fmrila J.Hollowbaugh, his widow, Henry H.Hollowbaugh, named in the will as Henry J.Hollowbaugh <br />his son, and Olivia Viola Dearinger, his daughter. <br />It �s further found by the Court that the said Edward Hollowbaugh was at the time of his Beat <br />the owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of ' <br />I <br />i <br />Nebraska, to -,,rit : - Lots One (1), Three (3) .
