<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />IRVIN H RRICK, Deceased.
<br />Now on this 3rd day of October, 1912, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of Frances E.Herrick, Administratrix of th estate of Irvin Herrick, deceased, and it
<br />appearing that all persons interested have entered their voluntary appearance herein, waived
<br />notice and signified their approval of the report and ask that same be apnroved and allowed by
<br />the Court, and it further appearing after a full examination thereof that said report is correct
<br />in all respects and ought to be approved, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Frances E.Herrick, administratrix be and
<br />the same hereby is approved and allowed and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />The Court finds that due notice was .given to all creditors of the said Irvin Herrick, by
<br />publication; as required by law and the order of court, of the time limited and place appointed
<br />for filing claims against his estate; that the time so limited has fully expired; that all claims
<br />filed and allrW- L5d/gainst said estate have been paid and satisfied; that all claims outstanding
<br />against the estate of said deceased and not so presented, if any such there be, are therefore
<br />I
<br />forever barred and excluded.

<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all Dersons are forever bar -ed from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Irvin Herrick, deceased, and
<br />th'&*:said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Irvin Herrick departed this life, intestate, on the 28th day
<br />of January, 1912, and that he left surviving him as his .eirs at law, and his only heirs at law
<br />the fol,owing named persons:
<br />FRANCES E.HERRICK, his widow, and JESSE R.HERRICK, his son.
<br />The Court finds that the said Irvin Herrick was at the time of his death the owner of the
<br />follo,xring described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The nest half of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty -six in To-unship Twelve, in Ran e

<br />Twe lve :
<br />Lots 13 and 14, in Block 5, in the original town of Cairo, being the homestead of
<br />deceased and his family; Lots 2 , 30 4, and 5 in Block 1 in the original town of Cairo;
<br />Lots 10, 11 and 12: , in Block 3 in First Addition to Cairo;
<br />Lots 5 and 6, in Block One of the Fourth Addition to Cairo, and it is found by the Court that
<br />under the provisions of t'.:e law of descent of the State of Nebraska, said real estate did pass
<br />y± and descend at his death in the manner following; To Frances E.Herrick, his widow, one -half
<br />part t .e-reof, in fee; To Jesse R.Herrick, his son, one -half part thereof ,subject to the home-
<br />stead rights of the said Frances n.Herrick, in and to said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that trAe lest 2 of the EMN of Section 26
<br />in To-rrnship 12, in Range 12, the Lots 13 &14 in Block 5 in the original town of Cairo; Lots
<br />2, 5 , 4 and 5 in Block 1 in the original town of Cairo; Lots 10 11 and 12, Block 3, in First
<br />
