Now on this 2nd day of October, 1915, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
report of Elsabe Schiprnann, executrix of the last will and testament of William Schipr.-ann, dece-
ased, and it satisfactorily appearing triat all persons interested in the estate of said deceased
are of legal age and have entered their voluntary appearance herein and asked that the account
be alloived, and it furt -ex appearing Ito the Court that said account is correct and ought to be
allowed, it is therefore,
CRDEREP, APJ ??DGED AND DECREED that the report of Elsabe Schirmann,
claims against said estate -. ;has given as required by law and the order of court; that all claims
filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstand-
ing against said estate and not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or
The Court finds that the said William Schipmann departed this life on the 20th day of
following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska to -wit:
,
Lots numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block To. Ninety -two (9^) in the original town,
The Court Finds that under the terms any! provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said
,
descend at his death to ELISE cCHIF?LANP1, his ;widow, sometimes known as Elsabe Schipmann, in
absolute title on condition, however, that she remain single.
