<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Barnie Putscher., Deceased.
<br />Now on this ';7th day of September, 1912 , this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report of Lizzie Putscher, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Barnie Putscher,, deceas-
<br />ed, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, from the rlroof now on file, that all
<br />persons interested in the estate of said deceased have been duly-, notified by publication, as
<br />required by the order of Court, dated Se }Member 16th3 191" , and no one appearing to object, and
<br />there being o objection or protest on file and it further any;earinF' to the Cots
<br />g J , art, after a
<br />full examination, of said report that the same is correct in all resrects and ought to be app-
<br />roved and allowed, it is therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Lizzie
<br />Putscher, Executrix of said estate be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for
<br />her final account.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the
<br />said Barnie Putscher, deceased, of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against
<br />t11e estate of said deceased; that the time so allowed has fully expired; that no claims were
<br />filed against said estate and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so prese-
<br />nted, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court further finds th`�t the cash bequests of Ten Dollars to Henry and Dora Putscher have
<br />been paid by the Executrix and the receipts filed herein, and that the personal property in hands
<br />of Executrix goes to the sidow, Lizzie Putscher, under the terms of the will.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />setting up or filing any claims or denands against the estate of Barnie Putscher, deceased, and
<br />teat said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said .Barnie Putscher de-
<br />parted this life, testate, on the 19th day of October, 1910 leaving a Last Will and Testament
<br />which was duly admitted to - robate in this Court., on the 25th day of Yovember, 1910.
<br />It is further found by the Court that the said Barnie Putscher left surviving him as his heirs
<br />at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons:- Lizzie Putscher, widow, Henry
<br />Putscher, son, and Dora Putscher a daughter.
<br />It is found by the C"ourt that the said Barnie Putscher was at the time of his death the
<br />o..rer of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska
<br />to- .vit:- T .e Test half of the North East Q17arter of Section Thirty -one (31), Range T:,elve (12)
<br />Township Twelve (12), and tie West half of the South East -Iuarter of Section Thirty -one (31),
<br />in Township Twelve (12, }, Range .Twelve (12),. and that unde=r the terms and provisions of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Barnie Putscher, deceased, the said real estate did pass and descend to
<br />Lizzie Putscher, the widow of said Barnie Putscher, for the term of her natural life and at her
<br />death said real estate does pass and descend as follows: -- The Nest half of the North East
<br />quarter of Section 31, Township 12, north, Range la, west of the 6th P.M., to Henry Putscher, son,
<br />of the said Barnie Putscher, deceased,, and the Wei3t'-hilf of the South East quarter of Section
<br />31, Township 12, north, Ranl-e 12, Rest of the 6th P.M., to Dora Putscher., daughter of the said
<br />Barnie Putscher, deceased.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the West
<br />half of the Northeast quarter and the Pest half of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, in Range
<br />12, Township 12, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Barnie Putscher
<br />under the provisions of his last Will and Testament to Lizzie Putscher for life, and that at the
<br />death of the said Lizzie Putscher the Test half of the North -east quarter of Sec 31, Township
<br />12, Range 12, does pass and descend to henry Putscher, to have and to hold to him and his heirs
<br />and assigns forever, and the Nest half of the South -east quarter of Section 31, Township 12,
