<br />STILL AND FINAL DECREE.
<br />In the Name of God, Amen
<br />I Barnie Putscher of in the County of Hall State of _Iepras., being of sound mind and

<br />memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, j
<br />ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />I
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conviently may be.
<br />Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />to my son Henry the sums of ten dollars and to my daughter Dora the sum of ten dollars.
<br />All the rest of ray property shall descend to my wife Lizzie Putscher, with the following prov-
<br />isions: She shall have absolute control of the rersonal property. In the real estate she
<br />s'rall have a life interest, and the control and ownership of the revenue derived from said real j
<br />estate, and at her death it shall descend as follows: The west half of the north -east quarter
<br />f
<br />of section 51, township twelve (12) north, range twelve (12) west of the 6th P.M. shall go to
<br />my son Henry. The west half of the south -east quarter of the same section, deeded to me by

<br />father, and which he has a life interest, shall go to my daughter Dora.
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint Lizzie Putscher, my wife to be Executrix of this
<br />my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former -dills by r:.e made.
<br />In fitness +-hereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 9th day of
<br />1.1arch in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

<br />This instrument, was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the
<br />said testator Barnie Putscher to be his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who at
<br />his request, have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses, in his presence, and in the pres-

<br />In the matter of the estate of Barnie Futscher, deceased. I, J.H.Mullin, County Judge in and
<br />for said County, do hereby certify that on the '_79th day of October A.D.1910, the instrument
<br />purporting to be the last will and testament of Barnie Putscher, deceased, was filed for pro-
<br />bate in this Court. That on the 25th day of November A.r.1910, said instrument to -which
<br />this is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the
<br />said Barnie Putscher, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the
<br />Court aforesaid.
