<br />IN TIE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the Estate of
<br />( FINAL DECREE.
<br />FRITZ BECKER, deceased.
<br />Now on this 19th c?ay of September 1912, this cause came on for hearing upon the
<br />final account of Augur, t Becker, Administrator of the estate of Fritz Becker, deceased, and it
<br />satisfactorily appearing to the Court that all -,persons interested in the estate of said deceased
<br />have entered their voluntary appearance hereir� waived notice, approve of said account and ask
<br />the Court to allow the same, and it further appearing that said administrator has fully accounted
<br />for all of the said estate which came into his possession and that there rer<.ains nothing in his
<br />hands for distribution, and that his account is correct in all respects and ought to be approved
<br />it is therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of August Becker, Administrator
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice was given all creditors of the time limited and
<br />place appointed for filing claims against the estate of< F itz Becker, deceased, and that the time
<br />allowed for presenting.claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been fully paid and satisfied that all claims outstanding against said estate and
<br />not so presented, if any 6uch ..there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Fritz Becker, deceased, and that
<br />said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Fritz Becker departed this life on the 16th day of January
<br />191", that he died intestate, and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />heirs at law, the following named persons:
<br />Elizabeth Becker, his widow, and August- Becker, his son:.
<br />It is found by the Court that the said Fritz Becker was at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate Ain the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to-wit:-
<br />South half of North 'Vest quarter and the North East quarter of North 'Pest quarter of
<br />Section 29, in Township 11, Range 9, excepting a parcel of land containing about 6 acres desc-
<br />ribed in a warranty deed from Fritz Becker and wife to Peary Holmes recorded in Book 8, on page
<br />311 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot No. 1, in Section 30, in Township 11, Range 9.
<br />The South East quarter of the North East quarter of Section 25, in Township Il,in Range 10.
<br />A tract of land containing about 15 acres described in the warranty deed given by Arthur C.
<br />Mayer and others to Fritz Becker on November 28, 1902, which deed is recorded in Book No.34 of
<br />Deeds at page 200 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska,and that under the law of descent
<br />of the State of 1ebraska, all of said real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said
<br />Fritz Becker in the :_:annex following: One -half part thereof to Elizabeth Becker, widow of the
<br />deceased, and one -half part thereof to August Becker, his son, subject to the homestead rights
<br />of the said widow in said real estate.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all of the above described
<br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of Fritz Becker to Elizabeth Becker and August
<br />Becker in equal shares subject only to the horiesL:ead rights of said Elizabeth Becker.
