<br />Whereas, It appears by the records and proceedings of r >aid Court, that you have in all things
<br />faithfully and justly performed and discharged all and singu .r the duties and obligations
<br />which by -.yaw and the orders of said court were required of and enjoined u4-ion you, and that you
<br />ave duly and fully accounted for and administered all of said estate -�,hich has come into your
<br />possesion in rursuance of such lair.

<br />Now, on this 11th day of ?'arch 1911, this cause coming on to be heard on t!e petition
<br />of Frank Carey, executor for a final settlement of the Estate of Patrick _Carey, deceased
<br />on he final administration account of the Frank Carey, Executor of said estate, and the evid-
<br />ence, was submitted to the Court, on consideration rereof the Court finds:
<br />That, on the r3rd day of February 1911, Frank Carey, executor of the estate of Patrick Carey
<br />deceased, filed in this Court his final administration account as such Executor and a petition
<br />praying that the said account be settled and allowed, that said estate be distributed as requ-
<br />ired by law, that he be discharged from said trust as such and that for these
<br />rurposes a time and place be assigned for hearing said ratition, and exanir_ing and settling
<br />said account, and that such notice be given thereof a^ --he lave directs.
