I <br />The Court finds that the specific legicies of ;'5.00 each to the three sons of the said testato� <br />I <br />:have been paid, and that t_e remainder of the personal estate in the hands of the administrator <br />as shown by his report, has been distributed among the three daughters of the deceased, Mary <br />'O'Neill, Elizabeth O'Neill and Hannah Kilgore, as r)rovided by the will. <br />The Court finds that the said Edmond O'Brien departed t'.-is life on the 14th day of August, 1911 <br />leaving a last .vill and testament which was duly admitted to probate herein on the 22 day of j <br />AuZ u e t, 1911. <br />i <br />The Court finds t °:at the said Ldmond O'Brien was at the time of his death the owner of the <br />:following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -mit:- <br />The South half of the North -west Quarter of Section Twenty -four (224), in Township Ten (10), in <br />I <br />Range Twelve (1,2.) and that under the terms and provisions of said last will and testament said <br />i <br />real estate did -ass and descend at his death to Ellen O'Brien, his ridow, for the term of her of j <br />i <br />her natural life, and at her death the same descends in equal shares to Mary O'Neill, Elizabeth <br />O'Neill and Hannah Kilgore, daughters of the testator, in absolute title. <br />i <br />It is therefore considered by the court the South half of the t.' 4 of Section 24, in Township <br />i <br />10,,.,Range 12, in Hall County, Nebrask y did descend at the death of Edmond O'Brien, under the <br />that <br />'provisions of his last will and testament, to Ellen O'Brien for life and at her death the said real <br />estate Goes pass and descend to :iary O'Neill, Elizabeth O'Neill and Hannah Kilgore as tonants in <br />i <br />:',common, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and assigns forever. <br />It is further found��hat the said Edmond O'Brien tivas the o,ur.er at the time of his death of Lots <br />13 and 15 in Block 17, in University Place, Addition to Grand Island, in ball County, Nebraska, <br />and that under the provisions of the said last gill and testament said real estate did rass and j <br />descend at his death to Ellen O'Brien for life and at her death to the said nary O'Neill, ^lizabethl <br />,O'Neill and Hannah Kilgore in fee. <br />J.H.Mullin, County Judge. <br />I <br />State of Nebraska <br />:ss <br />Hall County.
