<br />WILL JUvM DECREE.
<br />In the Name of God, Amen I, Edmond O'Brien of Wood River, in the County of
<br />Hall and State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of
<br />this frail and transitory life, do therefore make. ordain, publish and declare this to be my
<br />last Will and Testament.
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give devise and bequeath to
<br />my wife, Ellen O'Brien all my household goods and furniture and a life estate in all the real
<br />property of which I may die possessed and after her death said real estate is to be divided
<br />equally among my three daughters named below.
<br />Third, To each of my three sons, Dennis, James and Edmond, I bequeath the sum of Five Dollars
<br />Fourth, I bequeath to my three daughters, Mary O'Neill, Elizabeth O'Neill and Hannah Kilgore
<br />the remainder of my -personal estate to be divided equally among them. Also all my real estate
<br />after the life estate of pry wife Ellen O'Brien shall have terminated as mentioned in the second
<br />1)aragraph .
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute and appoint James Jackson of Wood River, Nebraska, to be Executor
<br />of triis, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />In Witness Whereof) I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 17th day of
<br />2dovember, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred ten.

<br />Edmond O'Brien to be his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who .at his request have

<br />said County, do hereby certify that on the 22 day of August A.D.1911, the instrument purporting
<br />to be the last will and '.estara_ent of Edmond O'Brien deceased, was filed for probate in this Court
<br />That on the 22 day of August 3A.D.1911, said instrument to which this is attached was duly proved,
<br />SJrobated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said Edmond O'Brien, deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court aforesaid.

<br />report of Fred J. ?Driller, Administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Edmond C'Prien,
<br />deceased, and it appearing that notice has begin given all persons interested as required by law
<br />and the order of court, dated, 'flay 7, .1912, and there being no objection or protest on file, and it
<br />further appearing to the court, after a full examination thereof, that said report is in all
<br />things correct and oug t to be approved and that the said administrator has accounted for a!!.
