<br />east quarter and the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Number One, in Township

<br />'Number Ten, North, of Range Number Eleven, West of the 6th P.M., did pass and descend, by absolutes
<br />`title, as follows: An undivided mne fourth each to Eliza A.Scott, George A.Scott and Martha A.
<br />'White and an undivided one eighth each to Reva Dean and Wayne W.Dean.

<br />The Court further finds that upon the death of the said William Scott, Lot Number Six (6), in Bloc
<br />Number Fourteen (14), Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, did pass and descend,

<br />by absolute title, as follows: An undivided One fourth each to Eliza A.Scott, George A.Scott and

<br />Martha A.White and an undivided (bne eighth each to Reva Dean and Wayne W.Dean, subject, however,
<br />to the homestead estate therein of the said Eliza A.Scott.
<br />The Court further finds that all the notes inventoried by said administrator and uncollected by

<br />;,him are worthless and that said administrator has turned over to the said Eliza A.Scott, George A.'
<br />Scott, Martha A.White and M.K.Dean, as guardian for the said Reva Dean and Wayne W.Dean, all of
<br />said uncollected notes.
