<br />I. J.H.Mallin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared the
<br />foregoing copy of the Last Will and Testament and Final Decree in the matter of the estate of
<br />Leavitt W.Rollins, Deceased, with the.original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of )

<br />William Scott, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 4th day of March, 1912, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report of
<br />William McLellan, administrator of the estate of William Scott, deceased, and it appearing to
<br />the Court from the proof now on file that notice has been given to all parties interested in
<br />said estate of the filing of said report as provided by law and as required by the order of this
<br />Court, and it further appearing after a full examination of the account exhibited by said administrator
<br />that all claims filed against said estate and allowed by the Court have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied; that the costs of administration and funeral expenses have been paid and that said
<br />administrator has made due distribution of the funds remaining in his hands and that there remains
<br />nothing in his possession belonging to said estate and that any claims outstanding against said'
<br />estate and not filed, if any such there be, are barred and excluded; that notice was given to
<br />all creditors in the manner provided by law of the time and place for presenting claims against;
<br />said estate of said deceased and that the time allowed for filing claim& has fully expired.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed that the report of the said William McLellan as '
<br />administrator of the estate of William Scott, deceased, be and the same hereby is, in all things,
<br />approved as and for his final report; that the said William McLellan is hereby discharged as
<br />such administrator and all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claim or
<br />demand against the estate of the said William Scott, deceased, and that said estate is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Scott left surviving him as his heirs at law and his
<br />sole and only heirs at law, Eliza A.Scott, his widow; George A.Scott, his son; Martha A.White,
<br />a daughter; and Reva Dean and Wayne W.Dean, a daughter and son of one Ella Dean, a deceased
<br />daughter of the said William Scott.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Eliza A.Scott, widow of said William Scott, deceased, is
<br />not the mother of the children of the said William Scott, deceased, but that said children are the
<br />fruit of a prior marriage of the said William Scott, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Scott died possessed, as the owner in fee simple,
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
