<br />of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, and that said executors have invested the $500 legacy
<br />of Frank Stivers provided for in Item Second of the last will. and testament of Leavitt W.Rollins,
<br />deceased, in a certificate of deposit in The First National Bank of Grand Island bearing four per
<br />cent interest annually, to be held by them as trustees for the said Frank Stivers until he shall
<br />have arrived at the age of twenty one years, as provided they should do by the terms of said last
<br />will and testament and that they have paid to Frances H.Rollins, the residuary legatee of the
<br />personal estate of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased the sum of $7,271.02, the balance of the
<br />moneys coming into their hands as such executors.
<br />The Court further finds that said executors have turned over to the said Frances H.Rollins,
<br />residuary legatee of the personal estate of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, 35 shares of
<br />the capital stock of the Dolan Fruit Company, also, all notes, mortgages and contracts coming
<br />into the hands of said executors and inventoried by them, except such as are shown to have been
<br />paid to said executors and accounted for by them in their final report filed herein, and that the
<br />said Frances H.Rollins takes all of said personal estate by absolute title under the provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased.The Court further finds
<br />that the said Leavitt W.Rollins died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, towit: The Westerly two
<br />thirds of Lot Two (2), in Block Fifty Four (54), of the original town, now city, of Grand Island, and
<br />that by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased,
<br />said real estate did pass by absolute title to Frances H.Rollins, widow of the said Leavitt W.
<br />Rollins, deceased.
<br />of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, will pass, by absolute title, to George F.Rollins and

<br />deceased, said lots did
<br />pass to the said Frances H.Rollins for her natural life, the same being
<br />the homestead of the said
<br />Leavitt W.Rollins and the
<br />said Frances H.Rollins at the time of the
<br />death of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, and that, upon the death of the said Frances H.Rollins, the lot
<br />upon which the dwelling house then stands, under the provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, will pass, by absolute title, to George F.Rollins and
<br />the other of said two lots will pass, by absolute title, after the death of the said Frances H.Rollins,
<br />to Nina J.McElvain, Maud E.Rhodes, George F.Rollins and Charles A.Rollins, share and share alike,
<br />as residuary devisees under the last will and testament of the said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Leavitt W.Rollins died, seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall.and State of Nebraska,
<br />towit: The Northerly twenty feet of the Southerly sixty four and one half feet of Lot Number Five
<br />(5), in Block Number Fifty Five (55), of the original town, now city, of Grand Island, and more
<br />particularly described in a warranty deed recorded in Book 21, at Page 116, of the Deed Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and that under the provisions of the last will and testament of the
<br />said Leavitt W.Rollins, deceased, said premises did pass to the said Frances H.Rollins, George
<br />F.Rollins, Charles A.Rollins and Seth C.Rhodes, as executors of the last will and testament of
<br />the said Leavitt W.Rollins, in trust during the lifetime of Elizabeth A.Davis, upon the uses and truts
<br />and for the purposes following: To pay taxes thereon, to keep said premises in repair, to keep
<br />the same insured and, in case of destruction of the building by fire, to rebuild the same by using
<br />the insurance money collected, and out of the rents, issues and profits from said premises pay to
<br />the said Elizabeth A.Davis the sum of Twenty Five Dollars per month, payable monthly, during the
<br />natural life of the said Elizabeth A.Davis, and to pay to Frances H.Rollins all the rest and residue
<br />of the rents, issues and profits arising from said premises during the natural life of the said
<br />Elizabeth A.Davis, and that upon the death of the said Elizabeth A.Davis, said premises passes, by
