<br />Dollars per month, and pay over to my wife monthly, the rest and residue of the net rents and
<br />profits therefrom. Said sum of Twenty -five ($25.00) Dollars per month is to be paid to the said
<br />Elizabeth A.Davis as long as she shall live, and at her death to be conveyed to my residuary

<br />wit:- To collect all rents and profits to be derived therefrom, and pay all taxes levied or
<br />assessed against the same, and pay the residue of such rents and profits to my daughter Mona G.

<br />as other residuary property. In the event my said daughter shall at any time desire to reside
<br />upon said premises and cultivate and occupy the same as a home, then and in that event I hereby
<br />authorize my said executors to expend the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars in erecting a
<br />dwelling house, and necessary out buildings thereon, and permit my said daughter to occupy the
<br />same as a home for and during the term of her natural life. This bequest to my said daughter,
<br />Mona G.Harber, shall be in lieu of her interest in my estate, and the rents, issues and profits
<br />of said land, shall become the property of her and her husband, jointly. And in the-event my said.-
<br />daughter shall during the time she may occupy said land, allow the taxes thereon to become de-
<br />�inquent or fail to keep sai #remises in Tenantable repair or fail to keep the buildings insured,
<br />then I authorize my said executors to pay taxes, insurnnee, or make necessary repairs out of any
<br />money they may receive from this or any other property for the use of my said daughter.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal, or mixed, unto
<br />MY children Nina J.McElvain, Maud E.Rhodes, George F.Rollins and Charles A.Rollins, share and
<br />share alike. And I do hereby make them sole residuary legatees. In the event either of them shall
<br />die before my death, leaving a child.or children such child or children to take its parents share, and
<br />If either shall die childless before my death, then the share of such child to go to the sur-
<br />vivors in equal shares, no deductions shall be made from the shares of either of my said children
<br />by reason of any advancement heretofore made by me or given by this will.

<br />It is my intention that the provisions made herein for my wife shall be in lieu of her right to
<br />dower or distributive share in my estate.

<br />of thIS my last will and testament without bond.
<br />I hereby declare the above and foregoing consisting of five sheets typewriten on one side only
<br />rand signed by me on each separate page, to be my last will and testament, and I hereby revoke
<br />and annul all former wills by me made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have signed my name on the margin of each sheet and subscribed my name
<br />hereto, and caused this will to be attested by competent witnesses in the City of Grand Island,
<br />in the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, on this 17th day of February, A.D. ,1911.
