<br />!I, Leavitt W.Rollins, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but mindful of
<br />the uncertainties of life, do make, publish and declare this my last will and Testament, that is

<br />iIt is my will and wish that all just debts and the expenses attendant upon my last sickness and I

<br />I give and devise unto my grand children, Harry R.Stivers, Helen E.Stivers, and Frank W.Stivers, �
<br />only children of my daughter Bessie L.Stivers, deceased, the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
<br />Dollars each, the same to be in full of their interest in my estate, said sum to be paid to each f
<br />of them at the time when they become of age, and in the event of the death of either of them with -II
<br />;out Issue, prior to my death, the survivors shall inherit the share of said deceased. In the event
<br />,of my death before said grand children shall arrive at the age of maturity, then I direct that my
<br />;executors hereinafter named shall invest the legacy of said minor in some interest - bearing
<br />(securities, paying the interest on same annually, to said grand child, until said grand child 6hxii
<br />;arrive at the age of maturity, at which time said legacy in full is to be paid to said grand childl.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Frances H.Rollins, all money in my possession or
<br />on deposit in any bank and owned by me, except said sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars
<br />&,-,;. devised in the sec6nd item in this will; also all notes, mortgages, stock in corporations or
<br />companies, and all the rest and residue of my personal estate, of whatever kind and wherever
<br />isituated, as her sole and separate property. Mar intention being hereby to give and devise unto my

<br />, :said wife all my money and personal except the said sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars.

<br />'I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Frances H.Rollins, all the following real estate
<br />situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: The Westerly two - thirds (W.2/3) of Lot Two (2), in
<br />'Block Fifty -four (54) in the original Town (now city) of Grand Island, Nebraska, to have and to
<br />!hold the same, with all the tenements and appurtenances unto the said Frances H.Rollins, her heirs
<br />and assigns forever.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my said wife, Frances H.Rollins, my home place, to -wit:- Lots
<br />Five and Six (5 & 6) in Block Eighteen (18), Rollin's Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, with all
<br />the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold the same during the term
<br />of her natural life, without impeachment of waste, and after her death, I give and devise thy' o
<br />;whereon the residence may be located at her death, to my son George F.Rollins, his heirs and
<br />'`assigns forever; the other lot to be sold by my executors hereinafter named,
<br />and the proceeds
<br />thereof to become a part of my residuary estate, and to be disposed od as hereinafter provided.

<br />I gi'¢e, devise and bequeath unto my executors hereinafter named, the Northerly Twenty (20) feet
<br />of the Southerly Sixty -four and one half (610x) feet of Lot Five (5), in Block Fifty -five (55) of
<br />the original town, now City, of Grand Island, Nebraska, more fully described in Warranty Deed to
<br />me, recorded in Book 21, page 116 of the Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, to have and to h
<br />the same, in trust, during the lifetime of my sister, Elizabeth A.Davis, for the following pur-
<br />purposes to wit:- To pay taxes thereon, and to keep the same in repair, to keep the same insured
<br />and in case of destruction by fire, rebuild the same by using the insurance thereon, and such
<br />other funds as may come under their control for such purposes, if necessary, and out of the rents
<br />Issues and profits thereof, pay the said Elizabeth A.Davis, the sum of Twenty -five ($25,00)
