<br />It is found by the court that due and legal notice was given to all creditors of the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the time
<br />limited for presenting claims has fully expireJ; that no claims of any nature were filed against
<br />said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate_against_ said estate , if any' such
<br />Estate of Jacob Buhr, Deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.

<br />Buhr and Carl Buhr sole legatees as required by the terms of the will.
<br />It is found by the court that the said Jacob Buhr °aas at the time of his death the owner
<br />of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit
<br />The South half of the South East Quarter of Section Thirty -four, in Township Eleven, in Range
<br />Nine , and The test half of the North Test Quarter of Section Thirty -five, in Township Eleven,
<br />in Range Nine,. and that under the terms and provisions of, the said Last Will and Testament of
<br />tiie said Jacob Buhr all of said real estate did pass and descend at his death to CARL SUHR, son
<br />of the testator, for his sole use and benefit forever, subject only to the above mentioned
<br />legacy of 83000.00 in favor of Anna Buhr which bequest the court finds has been paid in full.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the South half of the S.E.1 of Section 34, in
<br />Township 11, Range 9, and the Nest half of the N.W.4 of Section 35, in Township 11, Range 9, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, ;�-�assed to and became the property of Carl Buhr at the death of Jacob Buhr.,
<br />by the terms of his will, and that the lien thereon in favor of Anna Buhr has been released.
