LITH66RAPHING,BTATIONERY;OM.kHQ <br />r <br />THE LAST WILL OF JACOB SUHR. <br />i <br />I, Jacob Suhr make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills. <br />I appoint my son Carl executor of this will and direct that he be permitted to act without ! <br />H 17 <br />1 <br />II II <br />L� <br />giving bond. <br />To my son Carl, I give devise and bequeath all property of which I may die seized, be the same <br />real estate or personal property, excepting such money whic0may have on hand or upon deposit <br />in bank, for his use and benifit forever, subject only to the legacy hereinafter provided for. <br />To my daughter Anna I bequeath one half the money which 1- .shall die Possessed of or which <br />I may have on deposit in bank, The balance of said money I give to my son Carl. <br />I give to my daughter Anna, in addition to what has already been given her, the sum of Three <br />Thousand dollars ($3000 ) to be paid her by my son Carl in two installments; one installment <br />of One thousand dollars ($1000) to be paid my said daughter three months after my decease, <br />and two thousand dollars 0 2000) to be paid her three years after my death. All deferred <br />payments are to draw interest at the rate of six (6) per centum per annum three months from <br />the date of my decease. <br />It is my will that legacy be, and the same iZ hereby made a lien and encumbrance upon my real <br />estate in favor of my daughter and against my son who shall not take my real estate under this <br />will until he has paid my daughter the legacy herein provided in full with interest. <br />The expenses of my last sickness and funeral shall be borne equally by my children. <br />Signed at hand Island, this fifteenth day of July, 1905. <br />Jacob Suhr. <br />The above instrument was at the date thereof signed, published and declared by the said <br />testator Jacob Suhr as and for his last will, in the presence of us, who at his request and <br />in his presence and in the presence of each other have attested the same and subscribed our <br />names as witnesses thereto. <br />Charles H.Boehl <br />Arthur C.Mayer. <br />Certificate of Probate of will. <br />State of Nebraska ( <br />:ss <br />Hall County ( At a session of the County Court held at the County Court Room in <br />Grand Island in said County, on the 17 day of November A.D.1911, present J . J.H.Mullin, County Judge <br />in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the 17th day of November A.D.1914 the ins - <br />trurriert purporting to be the last will and testament of Jacob Suhr, deceased, was filed for <br />probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of November A.D.1911 said instrument to which <br />this attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and testament of the said I <br />Jacob Suhr, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court <br />aforesaid. <br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hard and the seal of the said County <br />Court this i7th day of November A.D.1911. <br />(SEAL) J.H.Mullin. County Judge <br />1N THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the Flatter of the estate <br />FINAL DECREE. <br />of Jacob Suhr, Deceased. <br />Now on this Sth day of June, 1912, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report <br />of Carl Suhr, executor of the Last Will and Testament of Jacob Suhr, deceased, and it appear- <br />ing that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased have accented service of notice <br />of final settlement, and that all debts have been paid, the court proceed3 to examine said <br />report . After a full examination thereof the court finds that said report is correct in <br />all respects and ought to be approved and allowed. <br />
